No they wouldn't, they'd still be there but in far less number. Legal weed is expensive, there will always be $20/8th alternatives out there from mexico to compete with $60/8th legal stuff.
It will be no different than it is in california. Adults buy the legal stuff, and unemployed people and highschool kids buy the mexican stuff.
