What are these units relating the rate of use of fuel: m/s? Is it the velocity of expelled reaction gas?

- leephillips 5mo agoI’ll take your word for it; I’m not familiar with satellite-speak. But to me, “In this case, the fuel required to conduct such a maneuver is ~105-106m/sec” means that they’re talking about a quantity of fuel, but giving a velocity.
