In a cursory glance it appears to be MIT licensed for anyone else who was curious: https://github.com/redline-smalltalk/redline-smalltalk https://github.com/redline-smalltalk/redline-smalltalk I imagine I'm not the one who generally is unwilling to pay for development tools or languages that are closed source unless they are directly relevant to my job (of course, then my employer would be paying for them) or backed by a robust company (e.g. JetBrains).
