It might have worked as an idea back in the day when you had an employers who treated you as someone they care about. But this day and age there isn’t the idea of a pension anymore. People don’t stay at the same company for 30+ years because these companies could give absolute zero fs about you. That concept doesn’t exist in the world these days. And now ai will replace you in the next ten years. I agree with you 1000% As an American I’m hopeless about this. I guess the idea now is drink whole milk and grass fed steak and avoid the garbage food system Not sure how I’m gonna pay for healthcare and organic grass fed beef when all these ceos and management of these huge companies consolidating more and more and reducing their workforce more and more for ai agents and whatever is next. We all have anxiety about loosing our job and getting cancer in this country.
