- hackyhacky 5mo agoYour juvenile insult is not appropriate here. The world population has been increasing steadily and shows no sign of slowing down. The dog whistle in question is the inordinate concern that certain groups show for the population of the "western world" specifically, which is not-so-secret code for white babies specifically.
