Definitely Java/Tomcat. Most enterprises use Java and will have dev ops who are experienced in deploying apps into Tomcat. I personally have never seen a Python app in an enterprise before and couldn't even name one. If you are looking for something lighter than Java/Spring maybe Play 1 could be an option.
