- ungreased0675 5mo agoWhen I was younger I ran a lot. I remember the exact moment I changed my relationship with running. I was in a cafe reading a running magazine that featured a lot of adventure racing and ultramarathoners. A realization hit me like a bolt of lightning: I don’t want to look like any of these people when I’m older. Scrawny, sunburnt, dehydrated. Older marathon runners look unhealthy.
