Why not? Should web apps require javascript? Shouldn't the be usable even when javascript is unavailable.
- phpnode 14y agoonly if the cost of supporting <noscript> is less than the benefit, which for a lot of sites it probably isn't. The people who turn off javascript are in the extreme minority
