Nah, its not that they were trespassing. Its that they were trespassing while shouting that they were going to hang pence. It was because they were part of a group that attacked police officers. The goal of the trespassing counts.
- anonymousiam 4mo agoThere are different narratives describing J6. Not everyone who entered the capitol was calling for a Pence hanging. Some who never entered the Capitol were later arrested for somehow trespassing on the surrounding grounds (because of unannounced security protocols). - threecheese 4mo agoNot everyone was calling for the murder of a VP, but everyone who did is walking free - with everyone who attacked the police. Which narrative is that? I’d hope, as I think you do, that those only guilty of association would find themselves exonerated.
