Micron Virginia expansion advances DDR4 memory made in the USA
- gnabgib 5mo agoLots of systems and ship with DDR5 (DDR4 is 2014 tech), many GPUs ship with DDR7 - I don't suppose Micron would be happy with this editorialized title.
- walterbell 5mo agoThis is for US-strategic industrial use cases with long lifecycles due to certification requirements. The 1α DRAM node is the most advanced memory technology ever produced in the United States and is well suited to long-lifecycle memory for critical applications, including DDR4 and LP4 products.
