- Joel_Mckay 4mo agoThey control supply and demand... and the US just found out their rare earth supply chain is insecure. Japan has been dealing with their neighbors policies for years. And developed national state mineral reserves to mitigate political weather changes. =3
- hack1312 4mo agoCommunism is classless and stateless. By definition China is not that.
