What about WebGL? It's catching on, and that means that we could see huge memory usage in a small number of tabs. I'm thinking we'll see 3d games become popular relatively quickly. Gamers tend to have tons of tabs in their browsers. Couple this with tons of game resources and we have a serious memory hog.
