I'm in Startup Chile over in Santiago, and I can say I get the feeling Argentinian entrepreneurs are trying to get the heck out of Argentina. The situation doesn't look good there. I'm obviously biased here, but Santiago is fantastic both culturally, safety wise, and for entrepreneurs. Not to mention the seemingly rampant theft. It's one of the reasons I took it off my list of places to visit while I'm in S America. Not trying to rain on your parade, but a different perspective. If you do end up in BA, be sure to make a trip into Santiago to see what a thriving, safe, entrepreneurial S American city looks like.
