You cannot call something a genocide or a holocaust because that is rude and uncivil. Unless the authority in charge of declaring genocides and holocausts has called it one, then it's an Official Fact so it's okay. You cannot, under any circumstances, say there is something wrong with another person, or call them a fascist, because that is rude and uncivil. It is an Official Fact that Hitler and Mussolini were fascists, so you can call them fascists, but you can't make the inference for yourself that anyone else is a fascist, only the various ministries of fascism can make that determination by following a civil process.
