Lack of family structure and good role models for young people.
- new_account_100 6mo agoI see your point, you could be born to a wealthy deadbeat father and end up chasing a life of crime because you haven't seen anything better modeled for you. It seems to me that poverty is more likely than anything else to cause those factors though.
