What about if you walk around and peek under everyone's coat to see if they forgot to wear pants?
- scotty79 14y agoVery impolite. Criminal? Only if you check many entities and lots of them notice and it bothers them or you check one for a long time and you bother it. Might be harassment. I can't see what the coat was supposed to be in AT&T case though.
