How does an article like this not mention Bill Joy??
- ethagnawl 5mo agoBram is a glaring omission in the vi family tree, too. Though, they'd have to draw the line somewhere (i.e. include nvim creator?) and maybe it's better leave individual people out.
- dredmorbius 5mo agoThe article focuses on the variants, not their authors. Joy, Bram, Perens (Busybox) are all omitted. At least the exclusion is nonbiased.
