The solution to urban heat is simpler than you think
- mock-possum 5mo agoNo it’s exactly as simple as I thought - obviously, it’s trees. What else would it be?
- Junk_Collector 5mo agoDecades ago there was a huge push to green up cities by planting trees everywhere possible. A couple of decades after that there was a huge push to remove trees because of infrastructure and safety concerns. Now a few decade later we are back to putting the trees back in. I'm always for more trees but hopefully this time it's a little more long term this time.
- Schiendelman 5mo agoThere was not a "huge push to remove trees." If you have specific examples they are isolated.
