Selling support/services as the maintainer of an open-source service was never a hard-nosed business proposition in the first place. It's like Amazon undercutting your fire station's bake sale.
- jychang 5mo agoYeah, I'm genuinely concerned that members of society can't seem to understand this. More and more people are just focused on making a quick buck. I'm getting a feeling that these people would gladly rip off a lemonade stand, and then defend themselves by saying the lemonade stand deserves it.
