Nuke All Routers
- gucci-on-fleek 5mo ago802.11w [0] should protect against this, right? That's mandatory for WPA3, and I've enabled it on my routers for WPA2 also. I believe that 802.11w only works if both the client and the access point both support it, but most modern devices do. - kotaKat 5mo agoAh yes, "ethical use only". That'll stop those ratbag kids. How many forms of the shitty Wi-Fi deauther are we going to get repackaged in a different form over and over?
- altairprime 5mo agoSarcastically: Nothing says ethical like including a full unredacted router MAC address for an unwitting third party in a repo’s screenshots. I suppose one silver lining is that the author provided enough evidence to pinpoint their location to +/-50m.
- pixel_popping 5mo agoMuch better to heavily spread those libraries so we actually build secure systems instead of "praying" that some people just don't act maliciously. Knowledge shouldn't be closed as well.
