- orgonaut 5mo agoYou're describing the difference between the org chart that HR own (which only changes when someone leaves or there's a promotion) versus the one the engineering leaders manage (which changes on a daily basis). The engineering managed org chart is alive and is the real source of truth in most tech companies.
