Isnt that the most fair thing for them to do?
- projektfu 5mo agoIt's better to do a hiring freeze before the RIF. Otherwise people have left jobs to come work for you and are now stranded.
- nijave 5mo agoPerhaps try to space out hiring and firing a bit more You know, hire, stop hiring, then start firing
- VirusNewbie 5mo agoyou don't even get a severance that way. People moved for a job, then got stranded without even getting a first paycheck.
