- orphereus 5mo agoI suppose not getting a layoff email and instead getting it delivered face to face would be more human, but that's American capitalism for you in all its glory

- missedthecue 5mo agoI feel like this would just select for business leaders that take zero risk.
- archagon 5mo agoI don’t think I’ve heard of a single tech CEO resigning for massively fucking up. They only “take responsibility” to the extent of saying those magic words.
