Both are difficult to achieve as you well know.
- aziaziazi 5mo agoI’m sorry you took is as so, but as noted -if I understood correctly?- it’s hard to achieve perfect nutrient intake with any diet. The idea I wanted to convey is more that children getting a plant based diet aren’t necessarily deprived of calcium.
