I would assume that it was some cost optimization that led to the removal of the pressure relief.
- fuzzfactor 5mo agoOTOH I would assume that they didn't add the pressure relief until after finding out that people were getting hurt. Seems logical to then be recalling any that are out there without the safety feature.
