i never have weirdness people describe like AI interviews etc it IS easier to have built up a resume but each time im hired they joke my resume is shit... this stuff can be really dynamic though as in you can be lucky to run into nice recruiter, live somewhere with more work available, etc. etc. i dont think its in 1 state, good or bad. it has a lot of dependencies.
