It's common today to own multiple computers. Not everyone uses a mobile phone for banking transactions. For those that do, nothing prevents them from using different computers for non-banking uses. Personally, I don't use banking apps and if I did I would not want one on the same computer that I use for non-commercial purposes, for example, reading HN stories
