Coding Was Never the Hard Part: What I Wish Every Business Leader Knew About AI
- physicsguy 5mo ago> For a brand new app with no prior context, they move fast. But here’s what they’re all doing: making the most statistically common decision for your situation, not the best one for your situation. They don’t have your context. And your context is everything. On the flip side, I've worked with plenty of engineers with their own agenda who want to debate the merits of trying new fancy shiny thing on tight deadline project. Taking the statistically common decision is not the end of the world.
- HalcyonicStorm 5mo agoCompletely agreed. I’m a convention over configuration believer
- arungopidas 5mo agovery insightful. the speed of the whole system is limited by the slowest part. coding might have gotten faster, but everything around it still takes time.
