I just talked to a friend who had a team of six. Now he’s a one man shop with 6 instances of Claude code. Thing is, it takes an experienced person to do that and if we stop letting junior people into the business we will starve the senior levels soon. I don’t know the answer (apprenticeship model?) but there’s still work in the field. It’s just different.
