Show HN: Face Lift, a memory game about faces
I put this together over the weekend and think it's pretty fun. You are shown a distorted face, and have to memorise and match the distortion on the original. Compete with your friends!
- holliplex 5mo agoI made this. Getting the morph mechanic to feel "right" and not create horrible artifacting was an interesting mix of relatively principled math and a lot of hacky tuning based on rough feel.
- SpyCoder77 5mo agoAs a person with prosopragnosia (face blindness) this is pretty hard.
- vunderba 5mo agoNice job. The warping of the face vaguely reminded me of Super Mario 64’s start menu, where you can interact with Mario’s face and give it the squish.
- bentesla 5mo agoIt's a great way to pass the time, today's rank 1 is me!
