In Finland bike lanes are on the sidewalk and cyclists have to respect pedestrian traffic signals. Its the safest solution for everyone, in my opinion.

- Saline9515 5mo agoIt really depends, in Helsinki many are on the road. Helsinki also has an excellent public transport system, meaning that taxis are not so necessary.
