This is a pretty bogus claim. False prophet maybe, but the idea that political activism fizzled out because everyone was eating acid seems pretty unsubstantiated.

- t-3 5mo agoLSD may not fry the brain, but the article makes a compelling case that Leary and the CIA certainly intended to fry some brains, or at least persuade them to stop protesting the war.
