- fiaz 18y agoDubai is a constitutional monarchy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dubai http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dubai http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_monarchy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_monarchy But this doesn't excuse the fact that "debtor's prison" is a horrible, horrible, horrible concept in place in Dubai.
