  For dating? It would not have more than half of the things on one of these resumes and yes it would be extremely creepy if I was asked many of the items on this How deeply embedded the cultural is it that you are supposed to care about parents and caste?

    Central to the culture is the idea that a marriage is between two families not two individuals. Some people care more, some less.
