I'm not seeing it mentioned, but wasn't there some form of ponzi scheme against Jones' debt passed through the winner of the suits as part of the onion taking control that didn't actually account for the full value, or potential value or something. I just recall seeing this story over a year ago... not sure at this point. and not having read the paywalled article.
