Bloom filters: the niche trick behind a 16× faster API
- anitil 5mo agoI was wondering how they'd convert (arbitrary?) jsonb into hashable values, but pulling out the json path and hashing that makes a lot of sense. This is definitely going into my list of tricks for one day if I ever need it. And I somehow hadn't heard about the bitstring type in postgres before [0]!
