From a company that specializes in ... "Accenture provides information technology and management consulting services..." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accenture https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accenture) So, they're in the business of telling managers how important they are, so that they can buy Accentures consulting services to make themselves look good.
