TWC wanted to charge me $500 or so if I didn't return my modem. I had to get to a return point on the other side of town (in LA!) between 9-5 Mon-Fri. Compare that to ATT who would charge me $100 and allowed me to return it with a prepaid FedEx sticker in the box it came in.
