A pro-worker experiment in private equity
- marojejian 6mo agoWhile this is a pretty uncritical boosting of the idea of worker ownership, I don't mind. I've always loved this concept, and wish we could promote this more in society. I buy that the alignment of incentives can grow the pie. Also, as automation increases, widening the distribution of capital is essential for societal health.
