I'm with you 100%. My company held a major retreat at a "resort" in New Mexico, and literally everything cost money. Wanna rent a mountain bike for 30 minutes, that's $10. Want a massage? That's $150. If they had just held it at the Fairfield Inn, everyone would've gotten free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and it would've probably been just as good.
