But how? In the states you can’t even take legal action but are forced into arbitration?
- xnx 6mo agoMany legal contracts include provisions to forfeit the right to trial.
- ndsipa_pomu 6mo agoHow does it work if the contract hasn't been fulfilled by Tesla? Wouldn't that nullify the entire contract and Tesla would have to return the full price paid and presumably collect the car.
