"To require operating system providers to verify the age of any user of an operating system, and for other purposes." - And For Other Purposes. am i the only one seeing that? i see a lot of discussion pro and con age verification, there should be much more concern about the purpose of that phrase for other puposes. is some one actually trying to sneak a catch all like that into it, or is it a bargaining chip. [see we removed "for other purposes", its all better, now we can pass it]
