- kube-system 6mo agoContracts of adhesion can be valid contracts. The ability to negotiate or equal bargaining power is not a required element of a contract. Furthermore, you cannot contract away criminal liability if any exists.
- lukeschlather 6mo agoEven attempting to use a contract of adhesion to justify selling GPS location data to a third party should be a criminal act.
