Curious where it goes from here but based on your reply it does not seem quite as bad as I imagined. Thankyou for the clarification. I imagine eBPF or MAC rules could be used to block this. Government should like the RTA header as they can fine sites daily that are missing it. Lobbyists could push companies that do the header checks.
