As for Shake Shack, a single shake is half of the daily total calorie intake? Are you listening to yourself right now?
- cyberax 7mo agoA deli sandwhich will be about the same. You need to eat 4000 calories to last for two days. That's an insane amount for one meal, whatever you eat.
