Functional programming makes multithreading easier. This is one of the primary reason people are taking interest in this way of programming.
- nickik 14y agoIt got popular for this but generally functional programmers are not fans of functional programming because of multicore. Rich Hicky for example has pointed this out in many diffrent talks.
