Statement by von der Leyen on the digital age verification app

Put simply, it is completely anonymous: users cannot be tracked. Third, the app works on any device – phone, tablet, computer, you name it. And, finally, it is fully open source – everyone can check the code. would be awesome if it was true

Pity that the phones, tablets and major OSes are basically owned by foreign powers. One way to complain, https://european-union.europa.eu/contact-eu/write-us_en https://european-union.europa.eu/contact-eu/write-us_en

It's also a lie that it's completely anonymous - you are given a pseudonym per domain and websites can easily track you through it even without an account. It's a surveillance instrument and everyone should stay far away from it.
