If I go to your stall and coercively take a product you want 1000 tokens for, but only leave 10 tokens. Then it is still a market? It certainly fits the definition you present. Inwould argue that price discovery is a bit part of a market. Again, these things are already codified. Eg. Wash trades, insider trading, etc.
