And they don't come to claim it?
- tekawade 6mo agoConsult a lawyer and company policies. If it’s same or competing field likely not. Your contract should be covering that for company.
- Flundstrom2 6mo agoThat should be covered in your employment contract. But usually, you are obliged to transfer the rights to the employer.
