We need to look into this sudden "spontaneous" coordination among lawmakers to implement age verification software.
What is the common denominator? Whose lead are they following, and whose money are they taking?

- edoceo 6mo agoIs the advantage corporate money lining their pockets? Or is there another one?
- MichaelZuo 6mo agoDozens of different lobbies means there’s no clear cut list of advantages. Unless you just want an exhaustive enumeration of every possible human desire.

- greatgib 6mo agoIf I had a dollar to bet, I would say that such global effort would highly benefit Microsoft that is loosing grounds in high proportion in the area of desktop OS and is trying very hard to impose mandatory microsoft "cloud" accounts to be able to use computers.
